We provide testing of welders to prove they are qualified to a particular welding process and code. Test includes a welding procedure and a test record. This is the foundation of being ‘Certified’.
Different codes specify ‘qualification/certification’ using varying guidelines. They have various procedures because of the variations in job requirements in regards to stresses, loads, allowable imperfections, etc. We can consult to give you your best options to get the most for the least expense. We also train welders performing an evaluation first to assure the welder has the skills required to pass the test. If the practice test does not appear acceptable we will train and give some practice suggestions so they can practice on their own time without having to pay us more than needed.
